These are the substances that have harmful effects on our organism and make up the principal cause of every alteration in our energy and functional balances.
There are two kinds of toxin.
Endotoxins, produced naturally by our organism: lactic acid, free radicals, ammonia, toxins from intestinal flora.
Exotoxins, absorbed by our bodies through the skin, inhaled or ingested, as residues of pollution, smog, smoking, alcohol, pharmaceutical products, pesticides, UV radiation, bacteria.
In addition, toxins can occur in two different forms:
• Crystals – soluble in liquids, eliminable through kidneys and sweating, which can cause inflammations, stones, arthritis.
• Glues – not soluble in liquids, eliminable through the liver, intestine and sebum, that can cause asthma, catarrh, acne, adiposity and cellulitis.
